Silicone-based care for healed scars.
The most evidence-based principle in topical scar care is sustained silicone contact over a fully healed scar. Our scar gel pairs a medical-grade silicone film with vitamin E and skin-conditioning ingredients to support smoother, softer and less visible scars.
How silicone scar care works
A thin, breathable film over the scar surface
Silicone gels form a thin, flexible and breathable film that helps regulate hydration at the scar surface. With consistent use over weeks to months, this may improve scar softness, flexibility, colour and overall appearance.
Supporting ingredients — panthenol, niacinamide, Centella asiatica derivatives, vitamin E and soothing botanicals — are included to improve skin comfort, barrier support and cosmetic acceptability.
Apply only after the wound has fully epithelialised, with no open area, active bleeding, exudate or infection. For external use only.

What to expect
Improvement is gradual and consistent
Users may first notice better hydration, softness and flexibility. Changes in colour, thickness and visibility generally require consistent use over weeks to months.
No topical product can completely erase every scar, and hypertrophic scars or keloids may require specialist treatment.
