Sperm Active Fertility-Support Gel
A sperm-friendly vaginal gel designed to support a physiologically suitable environment during conception attempts.
A water-based, sperm-friendly vaginal gel formulated for use during conception attempts. Its primary purpose is to provide lubrication while maintaining a pH and consistency intended to be compatible with sperm movement. Supplied in a 100 g tube with six reusable applicators for controlled application.
A fertility-support lubricant. It does not treat infertility, replace medical evaluation, guarantee pregnancy or determine the sex of a future child. Not a contraceptive.
How it works
Many conventional lubricants may reduce sperm motility or create an osmotic environment that is unsuitable for sperm. Sperm Active is designed as a fertility-support lubricant rather than an ordinary personal lubricant. The gel combines a hydrated polymer base with selected nutrients and antioxidants to support lubrication, comfort and a sperm-compatible environment.
The product is supportive rather than therapeutic. Couples who have been trying to conceive without success should obtain a professional fertility assessment appropriate to their age, history and the duration of their attempts.

Ingredient concept & rationale
| Ingredient / system | Role in the formula |
|---|---|
| Purified Water & Aqua Gel Base | Vehicle and lubrication — provides the continuous aqueous phase and spreadability. |
| Aloe Barbadensis Gel | Comfort and moisturisation — supports hydration and reduces friction. |
| L-Arginine HCl | Formula-support amino acid, included as a nutrient component. |
| L-Carnitine | Nutrient and antioxidant concept commonly associated with sperm metabolism in oral research. |
| Coenzyme Q10 | Antioxidant concept supporting the formula's overall positioning. |
| Zinc Gluconate | Micronutrient component for general reproductive-health positioning. |
| Hydroxyethylcellulose / Natural Moisturisers | Gel structure and hydration — controls viscosity and application properties. |
| Sodium Hydroxide / Lactic Acid | pH adjustment to maintain the specified target pH. |
Topical fertility claims require specific evidence; ingredient nutrients are included as formula components, not as treatments.

An honest note on claims
We describe this product as a fertility-support or sperm-friendly lubricant only. We do not claim that it can select the sex of a future child, guarantee a male or female pregnancy, or reliably influence outcomes through pH, timing or lubrication. Natural-conception sex-selection claims are not clinically reliable, and we will not publish them.
